Trevor Hunnicutt

Trevor R. Hunnicutt is White House Correspondent at Reuters, where he writes about foreign and domestic policy as well as national elections. From 2019 to 2021, Hunnicutt led the coverage of the Biden presidential campaign and his transition into office. Prior to joining the election team, Hunnicutt covered finance, markets and economics in New York. He is a multiple-time honoree at Reuters’ Journalist of the Year Awards. Hunnicutt holds a master’s in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s in politics from Pomona College. He lives and works in Washington.
