Naomi Harris is about to complete her sophomore year at the University of Maryland. She will have a double major at the end of the current semester in Journalism and Anthropology while having maintained a Dean’s List GPA. Naomi is naturally talkative and insatiably curious. She is also a good listener who wishes to apply these skills toward a career in journalism. Naomi hopes eventually to become a foreign correspondent. She is interested in documentary projects that focus on international issues of women and equality. Naomi looks up to Washington journalist and political analyst Gwen Ifill and the late British journalist Marie Colvin as role models.
