Gina Cook is a 2013 White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) scholar, and the recipient of a $2500 grant to study in Washington D.C.

Gina holds a Summa cum Laude Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunication and Film from the University of Alabama. She is a teaching assistant for the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and a graduate student in journalism at the Missouri School of Journalism. Gina describes herself as passionate about multimedia. She will attend Missouri’s Washington Program this summer.
