Benjamin Kesling

Ben Kesling from Medill School of Journalism is one of the recipients of this year’s Deborah Orin Scholarship.

Ben attended Wabash College as an undergraduate and went on to earn a Master of Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. He then served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps for over six years.During that time he deployed on combat tours to both Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently a graduate student in journalism at the Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University.
