Annika Merrilees of Half Moon Bay, California, is a graduate student studying Investigative Reporting. Annika’s first experience in reporting was freelancing for her hometown newspaper, the Half Moon Bay Review. Her work also has been featured on the front page of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. She also reported for the Columbia Missourian, where she focused on the state legislature and state supreme court. She also interned at the Missouri Business Alert, an online, business-focused publication.
