2025 Dinner

The White House Correspondents’ Association held its annual dinner on Saturday, April 26, at the Washington Hilton.

The dinner did not include an entertainer this year. President Trump, who was invited, did not attend.

“It’s just us,” said WHCA President Eugene Daniels in remarks to the ballroom of 2,600 attendees.

The dinner included:

-a video of White House Correspondents, “I am the WHCA.”

-Presentation of Journalism Awards.

-A salute to the 30 WHCA Scholarship winners, who also attended the dinner.

-A highlight video of recent presidents who did attend the dinner including Ronald Reagan. George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

And remarks by Daniels.
