Alex Connor of Davenport, Iowa, is a senior studying Journalism and Mass Communication. Alex is the editor in chief of the Iowa State Daily and was an intern with USA Today. She earned honorable mention in the Associated Collegiate Press Reporter of the Year Awards. Alex plans to pursue a career in political reporting.
