Todd J. Gillman is Washington bureau chief of The Dallas Morning News. He’s a past president of the Regional Reporters Association and serves on the board of the national Society of Professional Journalists Foundation. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, and received his master’s in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He is married with three children.
